This Instruction Manual was produced by Plimpton when they first re-introduced their BAYKO set #3, post-war, I believe fairly early in 1948. This manual was clearly only a stop gap and was replaced after just a few months. |
One distinct peculiarity of this manual is that the page numbering starts, after the front cover, at page twenty two - actually printed as words not numbers. The only suggestion I can make is that it was intended to continue numbering after the twenty pages of the sets #0 to #2 manual. |
The smaller, earlier manual for set #0 to #2 was also included with these #3 sets, together with the 8 page instruction leaflet, though this was later replaced by a 4 page leaflet. |

It comprises 12 pages in red and black on white gloss paper,
with black and white photographs of models on all but the front cover. |
Size - 248mm x 182mm = 9.75 x 7.2 inches. |
